Just to be clear, Ayds was around for a long time before AIDS, Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. AIDS surely drove Ayds out of business fast.

Can you imagine the look of horror on the faces of Ayds executives when the term AIDS started getting used back in the 80s?

I remember Ayds was a big advertiser on the old Larry King all-night radio show (long before CNN ever hit the airwaves).

I wonder if the company ever changed its product name and marketed it as something else?
