Worst TV Special Effects Ever?

Are really bad special effects worse than no special effects at all? See what you think after watching these ridiculous short videos:
(if you can’t see the video, click here)
(if you can’t see the video, you can view it at VideoSift)

The first one is much more funnier, they look serious and really hope the video works. While the second one is made on purpose to make you laugh.
Oh, those are just so bad.
I’m surprised no one in the second clip screamed, “Aiiee, Mijo!”
Poor horsie!
Hard to tell… but I have seen some pretty clever movie clips or ads without any special effects that worked just fine.
Can’t seem to find any examples. Oh well…
“The effects of drowsiness is actually just as bad as..”
the effects of your ad?
The first one might actually be effective. It’s for a sleep center…and it certainly put me to sleep.
Plus, it made us all aware of the ever present danger of vans that while going in a straight line suddenly flip over on their sides and barrel roll to an explosion.
I mean I see that happen at least 2 or 3 times a day and it’s high time that the public was made aware of it!
Hey, that secnd clip rocked! That was probably the best special effect I’ve seen today.
