Cursed by Technology, Even on my Honeymoon!
January 24th, 2007 by Anita Bath
Technology and internet problems seem to follow me everywhere, even when I’m not connected to the internet! For example: while on my honeymoon, I was reading a good book one day when all of a sudden I turned the page to find this alarming message:

Don’t you hate it when that happens? Luckily I had a camera nearby. If you can’t read the text on page 404, let me know and I’ll add it here or in a comment. And yes, this is an actual picture from my honeymoon in Aruba (OK, most of it is real), the picture was looking out our hotel room window.

So you suffer from censorship too, Anita. In my case, I can look towards my own wife as a moral guardian. She simply will not allow me to publish any details of our intimate moments on the blog. She has even gone so far as to remove paragraphs that describe our bedroom activities. Why, I do not know.
man, I hate when my book pages can’t be displayed. It happens all the time, I try to reload, and it just doesn’t work, damn those books.
This feels very familar.
I love seeing the 404 messages on information screens at airports etc. Good old Billy Gates…
Don’t ya hate it when that happens!
Hey nice one… did you make it yourself?
Must be one of those fancy eBooks I’ve been reading about.
This is exactly the reason I am considering a new job as Error 404 File Finder. What? Never heard of it?

Hee hee
bobbarama – that’s pretty funny!
Seriously, I’d be more than willing to put up with a little romance novel error if I could be in Aruba. Winter bites.
Anita, that’s great.
zuhahaha!
Are You Spending Too Much Time On The Internet?…
You can file this one under: You might be spending too much time on the Internet when… This picture made me laugh especially since this is all I saw on the Uber-Review all day yesterday during the server change.

Oh man, that always happens right when you get to the good part!
When I stumble on such things I tear it to pieces and break my keyboard, but I try to keep myself under control. By the way, 90% of all glitches are before the pc.
)
well, what can u say? the guy built a multimillion company from his garage in his teens, went on to rip off everyone who tried to do the same… something had to go wrong… but bear in mind that all could be worse: a pc/windows free world. what would we complain about then?
