High school Geometry test – how would you do?

Here are 4 questions taken from a standardized high school Geometry test (redrawn by yours truly … proof that my B+ in 9th grade art was well deserved). I was trying to learn MacroMedia Fireworks (drawing software), so I didn’t have time to type in the boring multiple choice answers, so I included my answers instead:

How do you think I did? How would you do? Yeah, I know, that was bad … sorry, no more math humor for a while, off to bed.

    Heh. I’m 26, and I took geometry in 9th grade. I sucked at it, but, oddly, I can remember these things. I’m sure I’ve forgotten something that would actually be useful in my life, though.

    1. Angles AGB and EGD are vertical angles.

    2. x = 15

    3. Angles ADB and BDC are complimentary

    4. hmm… not sure about that one. Wedge? Cheesy?

    Um, ya, number 2 is 15, 1&3 are irrelevent to everything youll ever need to know. And #4 to to amazing to have just 1 answer.

    Cameron is all over it. #2 is 15 (pythagorian triples anyone? 3,4,5?)

    1 & 3 are not irrevelant to everything you’ll ever need to know, well,maybe for 80 % of the population world wide…:)

    And #4 has many names, and many names it is knowb by…..
